"This is one of the worst State Farm branches that I have came into contact with. The staff was not helpful whatsoever when I asked simple questions. They fired their best employee last year whom offered me the most help. Most of the time the owner isn't even in the office to answer questions and assist. I would not recommend using this branch."

"Long time State Farm customer here, but never had to file any claims. I know that many people only do reviews when something is negative, but I have a positive one to share! I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with State Farm so far on my recent claim. I recently had damage done to my property due to storms. Not only was it a scary situation, but after speaking to others, I was even more scared to contact insurance! From the moment I reported it, the process has been amazing and fast! I was bracing myself for a lengthy and complicated ordeal, but State Farm has truly exceeded my expectations. Their efficiency and clear communication have made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to handle. I'm genuinely impressed with how quickly things are progressing. The first part of my claim was paid out in 3 days, I mean can you believe that? Which then allowed me to move forward onto the other tasks. State Farm even came out to take samples of my siding to help me find the right match. It has truly been an easy process based on the circumstances. THANK YOU!!!!"

"I am in the process of switching my vehicles, home and rental property to State Farm. Mike Nagy, at Granger, IN location, has been extremely helpful with the process. He has been in regular contact, found better rates for me than what I was paying on my motorcycle, and, overall, has been very pleasant to work with.
